4-axis CNC machine for bending entire aluminum letters for 3D illuminated signs.
Profile width: up to 130 mm.
Aluminum profiles are creased in the main section using a disk knife. Profiles can be smooth strips, strips with a face fold, or “Alurapid” type with a face fold and foam backing.
Controlled via a specialized controller installed on a PC running 32-bit Windows with dedicated software.
Creasing depth is automatically adjusted using a motor.
Power supply: 220 V / single phase.
Includes a low-flow compressed air compressor.
